For years I have
had an interest in cooking and preparing
meals for others. I believe it all started
as a child when my specialties were created
in the backyard sandbox. This desire led me
into the kitchen and gave me a much better
variety of edible items for experimenting.
From watching my Great Grandmother and
Grandmother bake and cook from scratch I
retained a great wealth of information that
I now apply in my own kitchen.
After becoming a causality of the Tech boom,
I decided to return to school and pursue
a degree in Culinary Arts, a profession that
I have enjoyed for more than 15 years.
